As the world begins to reorient itself towards a new normal, we've seen many companies begin to pick back up with plans that were delayed in 2020. While A2 & our industry as a whole had a very different year than anticipated, we are grateful that our whole team remained intact, even bringing Lili on full-time this January! We began 2021 ready to hit the ground running in order to help our clients new & old reimagine their event goals & needs for 2021 and beyond. We have to say, it sure feels good to be busy!
With things changing so rapidly, many clients have shorter timeframes & last minute needs, as expected when navigating a pandemic. This means turnaround times can become a matter of weeks or even days, as was the case when one of our favorite clients reached out to us for assistance in executing a COVID-safe groundbreaking ceremony & press conference. In under one week, A2 helped plan, coordinate & execute the ceremony at the Port of Miami. It was a great success & we loved the way the client allowed us to create an experience representative of their brand.
We transformed a literal dirt patch into a beautiful & socially distanced venue. Details included custom bars for check-in & temperature checks, to-go gourmet snack boxes, swinging hammocks, plenty of tropical foliage & even a mermaid to highlight the quirky, fun attitude of our client.
Of course, the groundbreaking finished with a little flourish too!
